Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Avail!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CrossFit Avail is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our On-Ramp introductory course.

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your On-Ramp Course.

Frequently Asked Questions: 

Q.  I have never lifted weights; how do I know CrossFit is for me?

A.  CrossFit is for everyone. All the workouts will be scaled to the individual’s fitness level.  No matter what your fitness level is, you will be able to complete the workout of the day(WOD).

Q. I haven’t worked out in a long time; do I have to get in shape first?

A. No! When you walk in the door, wherever you are on your fitness journey, that’s where you begin.

Q.  Why is CrossFit more expensive than other gyms?

A.  At other gyms, you pay a flat rate to use the equipment and are then left to your own knowledge or lack of.  At CrossFit Avail, we will take the guesswork out of your workouts and program your workouts, instruct movements, and scale the workout if necessary.  Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training.
